1. Battery Testing System - Arbin

Main content start

The laboratory consists of state-of-the-art battery testing equipment capable of performing real-time battery charging and discharging experiments with accurate programming control, high-precision sensors, and fast data acquisition. The lab consists of two Arbin systems that can test single cells and battery modules. The experimental data is collected through the MITS Pro software and is readily available to import onto MATLAB environment for analysis, and battery model identificatio/validation purposes. An auxiliary measurement system is available to log thermal measurements and enable CAN communication.
